- A Spokesperson on Behalf of the AIBF Adjudication Panel
What makes a good hotel great?
Is it the large and luxurious bedrooms or is it the award winning cuisine?
Is it the wonderful views of the mountains and the lake or is it the ambience of the place, made special by the wooden paneling, the chandeliers, the artwork and the turf fires?
Currently celebrating 30 years of ‘happy hotel-keeping’ at Harvey’s Point, it is fitting that such a special milestone is marked by being awarded the prestigious Business All-Star Accreditation. This is testament to the great efforts by our team in delivering world class hotel-keeping blended with genuine Irish hospitality. The assessment process tested our determination for continuous improvement and our aspirations for excellence. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our team, our customers and our suppliers for their continued loyalty over the years. Special thanks to the All Star panel for their honest and invaluable feedback, which encourages us to keep raising the bar, going forward. On a personal note, I am a firm believer in the power of personal development and therefore I was delighted to receive the award for ’Thought Leader’ in Tourism and Hospitality.
