I had worked on my plans for a number of years prior to the move and obtained my licences and approvals prior to setting up. The responsibility starts and ends with me and I firmly believe in a systems-based process as a means of delivering a quality service on a consistent basis. In my first six months in business, I concentrated on the Corporate side of the business with Airport Transfers, Corporate Road Shows and the occasional wedding proving to be the mainstay of my business. This was also a critical time in establishing a network which I believe is critical to operating successfully in any business and especially so in this business. In 2017, I added an MPV to my fleet and began to offer 'High End' tours, primarily to the American & Canadian market. This has proven very successful and now runs seamlessly with my Corporate business. Our business has grown by 50% each year since we set up and I expect future growth to come from the Tourism and Corporate sectors. Our plans for the future include consolidating our current business and we have some ambitious plans for our tourism business once the current Covid Pandemic begins to abate....
