The Complete Business Hub has joined the Register of Irish Business Excellence after achieving the coveted Business All-Star Accreditation from the All-Ireland Business Foundation.

Business All-Star accredited companies are defined as; progressive, indigenous Irish businesses which meet the highest standards of verified performance, trust and customer-centricity.

This is an independently verified standard mark for indigenous businesses, based on rigorous selection criteria. The Accreditation is overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.

Responding to today’s announcement, Maura Lernihan, Director of The Complete Business Hub says, “We are so happy that we have achieved the Business All-Star Accreditation. We’ve put in a lot of work here over the last 18 months in the office so it is great to see that our hard work has paid off. The Accreditation process was very insightful also. The Accreditation will give our clients confidence in what we do because we have gone through that process and received this Accreditation.”

Dr Hynes said the Accreditation, which is now held by over 450 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards, but have nothing to measure them by.

“We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics”, she says.

Set up in March 2019, The Complete Business Hub is an accounting and HR outsourcing company that allows small to medium-size businesses to have a team of bookkeepers, financial controllers and HR specialists without having to incur a cost of recruiting and paying for man-hours that the business may not be able to fund.

Their goal at the Complete Business Hub is to help SMEs reach their goals with the support of their team by giving them the knowledge they need in both finance and HR and ensuring that they are compliant.

The All-Ireland Business Foundation is a national body which accredits best-in-class Irish businesses as Business All-Stars. The Foundation also oversees the All-Ireland Business Summit while promoting peer dialogue amongst our members on an ongoing basis.
