The Meath based physiotherapy practice has been accredited with All-Star Leinster Physiotherapy Practice 2021 from the All-Ireland Business Foundation.
This Accreditation is an outstanding achievement which shows that Ratoath Physiotherapy are a progressive indigenous Irish business that meets the highest standards of verified performance, trust and customer-centricity.
It’s an independently verified standard mark for indigenous businesses, based on rigorous selection criteria.
The Accreditation is overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.
Responding to today’s announcement, Rory O’Neill, Director at Ratoath Physiotherapy says,I was honoured to receive the Business All-Stars Accreditation. For us as a team, it is a validation of the efforts we put in with every client to not just deliver a top quality physiotherapy service but also an exceptional customer experience. I believe this begins from the very first point of contact, whether that be via our website or phone to walking through the door.
“2020 was a year that challenged us all and as a business owner, it gave many additional challenges. Years of hard work and effort in establishing our systems and client base along with an exceptional team with the same vision brought us through one of the most difficult years even stronger. Winning the Business All-Stars Accreditation for Leinster was the icing on the cake!”
Dr Hynes said the Accreditation, which is now held by over 450 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards, but have nothing to measure them by.
“We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics”, she says.
Ratoath Physiotherapy sees a smarter, holistic approach to sustainable health and wellness. They use an integrated approach with every client to bring fast and lasting results. At Ratoath Physiotherapy, their physiotherapists are highly skilled clinical professionals, specialising in the accurate diagnosis of patients’ problems through systematic questioning, hands on assessment techniques, assessment tools and most importantly, the overall biomechanics of the individual.
