It’s so uplifting to be acknowledged for all of those days that I came home crying because I was tired or frustrated or because I still had more work to do when I get in the door.
It’s not an award for my work, It’s an acknowledgement of those hard days I really struggled. They have all been seen and now my customers see them too.
It is also a great acknowledgement of our team and I loved seeing the girls pose with the certificate and medallion – I wouldn’t be here without them.
The auditing process has left us in no doubt as to The Ivy Wellness and Beauty Salon's suitability for Business All-Star accreditation and their inclusion in The Register of Irish Business Excellence (TRIBE).

I m so excited to receive this accreditation. I am very proud that after just 3 short years in business, the Ivy Beauty Salon team has been acknowledged for all of our hard work.
All staff, past and present, deserve to be acknowledged for this passion, drive, loyalty and for helping me follow my dreams. The accreditation is not something I will take lightly.
About The Ivy Wellness and Beauty Salon
The Ivy Wellness & Beauty Salon a multi award winning Waterford based business.
The dedicated Ivy team offer a suite of services and treatments from facials, nails, tanning, threading, hair removal, makeup, body treatments and holistic treatments.
They supply and use Dibi Milano products and offer laser treatment, having made a significant investment in the High Power Epildream machine.
The state of the art machine is an 808 nm Diode Laser platform designed for permanent, high speed and progressive hair removal treatments.
Emma has also developed the holistic side of her business to offer expertise in reflexology, reflexotherapy and healing therapy.
In just four years The Ivy has tripled in size, and Emma has increased her staff to five therapists working out of eight treatment rooms.
Some of the businesses titles include Best Aesthetic Clinic and Holistic Salon, Best Beauty Salon in Munster and Best Employer of the Year
