Travelling, building a global company and experiencing cultural and business practices around the world have been the highlights of my career – I am proud to have that represented with this accolade.

The accreditation from the All-Ireland Business Foundation makes all of us at Mauve feel very proud, as it is evidence of the value we can bring to Irish clients when they consider venturing into new overseas markets, or broadening their reach at home in Ireland. It really tops off what has been a very busy and productive year amongst the chaos!
Ann Ellis, Mauve Group
Ann Ellis is Chief Executive Officer and one of the founding members of the Mauve Group of Companies.
Prior to Mauve, Ann enjoyed a lengthy and successful career in education in the UK, attaining valuable skills in leadership, communication and operations as the head-teacher of a large educational body. In parallel Ann achieved a Masters in Applied Educational Studies, her thesis focusing on exploring the amalgamation of two educational entities. This project sparked her enthusiasm and passion for strategy analysis and change management – skills Ann later developed through the formation and growth of the Mauve Group.
Ann was the first and only “back-office” employee of the Mauve Group in the very early days, operating from a tiny cupboard-sized office and supporting workers on telecom projects with local payroll, contract-raising and more. Over the years, the growth of the organisation into more than 70 country locations worldwide has afforded Ann with incomparable global expertise.
Today, Ann’s role as CEO remains as energetic as ever, as she continues to be profoundly involved in the organisation at every level. Ann frequently delivers keynote talks to share the experience and knowledge she has learned first-hand from local experts, at events such as The Business Factory’s Millennials Engagement Congress in Colombia and Global Business News’ World Trade seminars in Boston. She has also featured on BBC Radio Wales.
