I am delighted to receive All-Star Accreditation as Laois Entrepreneur of the Year. This is our 4th year to be accredited and on behalf of our whole team in both our schools, we will continue to strive to do our best for our children and parents.
This accreditation recognises all the hard work we put in to ensure they continue to get the best care and service Kilminchy School House can offer. It gives us such a sense of pride and achievement in our work.
I am delighted to have been part of the selection process which has led to the conferral of Sonya Duggan of Kilminchy School House as one of the founding Fellows of the All-Ireland Business Foundation (FAIBF).

With thirty years industry experience and twenty-two years running my own service/s, I am delighted to be awarded ‘Thought Leader in Early Childhood Education’ and meeting the standards set out as part of the Business All-Star Accreditation.
It is a testament to our hard work in what is, a very challenging, over-regulated and evolving sector. My colleagues and I will continue to strive for excellence through innovative approaches and processes in the future.
I look forward to the support given by the AIBF & All-Star Team and the opportunity to participate in the TRIBE which will help us to identify the common traits we have with fellow TRIBE Companies that recognise the importance on having a clear strategic plan, a capable and motivated Team, a Senior Leadership commitment to constant improvement and clear evidence of robust financial planning.

Formed in Sept 1999 KSH is a nurturing learning environment where children aged 1 – 10 years are encouraged to creatively explore their world.
The school encompasses a variety of teaching approaches inspired by Reggio, Steiner and Forest School and offers a unique and stimulating, broadly based learning experience within a first-class environment.
