Helen McCormack is the Founder of Helen McCormack Estate Agents. She has worked in the property industry in Limerick for 20 years since 2001 and established the business in 2009, at the height of the economic downturn. Having previously been involved in mostly the Residential Sales sector, the business at commencement required a diversification into property lettings management and block management with a strong focus on building long term relationships with clients and acting with their long-term interests in mind, always focusing on their best net returns.
The business has grown to encompass a strong client base with a foundation of relationships based on trust and integrity with a solution focused, results-driven approach, resulting in continued streams of referral business. Having experienced the peaks and troughs of working in the industry over the last 20 years, Helen McCormack’s compassionate but no-nonsense approach is assisted by her team through embracing customer-centricity with proactivity, responsiveness, technology and most importantly; the personal touch. It is a recognition of my ongoing commitment to the property industry over the last 20 years in Limerick. I am delighted to have helped hundreds of clients from the downturn through recovery to growth in terms of customer service, knowledge and guidance and assisting with pre-empting clients needs and in many cases, substantial turnarounds through this service. This has been supported by continuous personal and professional growth for myself and the team embracing education and implementing changes in the business to best serve our customers.
The Accreditation process was reflective and subsequently affirming; acknowledging that I love what I do.
