Margaret is a vastly experienced management consultant who works with many major private sectors companies and public bodies in Ireland and globally, assisting them in management development, negotiations, coaching, mediations, and HR/employment complaints.
She has had many articles published in national and international journals and has authored many books and publications on topics including psychology and work, communication, Strategic Negotiations, Management Theory & Practice, and strategic HRM.
Margaret is a renowned international Keynote Speaker and a regular contributor on television, radio, and online and holds faculty posts in universities in Ireland, the UK, and New Zealand with masters from UCD, NUIM, and Trinity College Dublin.
She is also Harvard and Northwestern University trained.
She is the president of the Mediation Institute of Ireland and past president of the South Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
