Message from Michelle Johnson - CEO, ASA Group

We were delighted to receive Business All-Star Accreditation from the AIBF. It is extremely important to be accredited by a trusted external body as it gives our current and prospective customers confidence in the service that we offer.

The accreditation gives our team confidence that the work that we do behind the scenes is recognised.

Message from Michelle Johnson - CEO, ASA Marketing Group

We are very proud to receive the accreditation for the second year running. The fact that we scored very highly last year means that there was huge confidence in our operation and that they view us as a best-in-class for 2020 and so we are going to be branded Merchandise Company of the Year 2020.

The accreditation gives us an opportunity to let our customers know that we’ve been vetted by a third party, audited by an outside company who have very high standards. Our staff, customers, and suppliers have been interviewed and have all given information on our company and it gives us huge confidence in what we’re doing.

The accreditation is giving our customers and prospects confidence that we’re a company that they should be doing business with if they are not already doing business with us. In terms of the team, the accreditation gives the team confidence that the work that we do behind the scenes is recognised. It’s an external party coming in, viewing what we are doing, and giving us positive feedback.
