Announcing the news of Optimum Result’s achievement, Deputy Chair of AIBF’s Adjudication Board, Kieran Ring, said:
I am delighted to recognise both Optimum Results and Customer Perceptions for their outstanding performances in their audit for Business All-Star accreditation. The result saw the companies being accredited with Business All-Star Accreditation for the second and first time respectively. This accreditation recognises Optimum Results and Customer Perceptions for their conduct in the areas of trust, commitment, performance & customer centricity. Optimum Results and Customer Perceptions are hereby included in the AIBF register of Irish Business Excellence.
Reacting to the news of his company’s achievement, Optimum Results and Customer Perceptions’ Managing Director Aidan Harte said:
On behalf of the teams at Optimum Results and Customer Perceptions, I would like to express my pride in achieving this double Business All-Star Accreditation. We strive to serve our clients and help them to become the best versions of themselves – this accolade shows us that we are delivering real value. We are delighted to be part of the AIBF TRIBE and we display the AIBF Marque proudly as a symbol of trust and quality.
Managing Director of the All-Ireland Business Foundation Kapil Khanna said: The accreditation, which is now held by over 500 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards but have nothing to measure them by.
He said: We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics.
