North-East Property Managers Achieve Business All-Star Status.
MacFar Property Management Praised by All-Ireland Business Foundation.
North-east property specialists MacFar Property Management have been accredited as Business All-Star 2022 by the All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF).
This accreditation is in recognition of the company’s standards of excellence in the areas of trust, commitment, performance and customer centricity. The accolade from the autonomous accreditation body also sees them included in The AIBF Register of Irish Business Excellence (TRIBE).
Founded by John McKeown in 2007 in Balbriggan, Dublin, the company has since expanded into a second office in Dundalk, Louth. John’s daughters, Adele Murray and Deborah O’Reilly, now oversee the business which has experienced sustained growth over the last decade.
MacFar manages commercial and residential developments across the north-east. The company ensures that each development has the services of a qualified property manager, administration staff, a credit controller, maintenance team and cleaning team.
Deputy Chair of the Adjudication Board, Kieran Ring, congratulated MacFar on the achievement:
“This certificate verifies that MacFar Property has achieved Business All-Star 2022 accreditation. We wish to recognise MacFar Property Management’s conduct in the areas of trust, commitment, performance & customer centricity. MacFar Property is hereby included in The AIBF Register of Irish Business Excellence (TRIBE).”
Reacting to the news of her company’s achievement Deborah O’Reilly said:
“I am proud and honoured to accept Business All-Star Accreditation on behalf of the team here at MacFar Property Management. To be recognised as leaders in our field by an organisation such as the All-Ireland Business Foundation shows our staff and our customers that our service is one that can be counted upon. We are so proud to join the talented community of businesses that make up the Business All-Stars TRIBE and we look forward to working alongside the AIBF in the coming months and years.”
Managing Director of the All-Ireland Business Foundation, Kapil Khanna, said : The accreditation, which is now held by over 500 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards but have nothing to measure them by.
He said: “We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics.”
The All-Ireland Business Foundation is a national body which accredits best-in-class Irish businesses as Business All-Stars. We believe best-in-class companies should be clearly identifiable so consumers can purchase with confidence.
