Dublin entrepreneur Noel Quinn has been recognised by the All-Ireland Business Foundation as a Thought Leader in Entrepreneurship.
With more than 30 years of experience in starting, building and running companies in the property, construction, technology and coaching and training sectors, Noel has become a leading name in Irish entrepreneurship.
He has extensive business experience in both Ireland and overseas as the Founder and Director of ITC, a leading importer, stockist and main distributor of specialist tools in Russia for the oil & gas and heating & plumbing industry.
Noel has been recognised by All-Ireland Business Foundation for his enormous contribution to trade and commerce in Ireland.
As a Thought Leader in Entrepreneurship, Quinn will continue to share his invaluable insights and experiences to guide emerging entrepreneurs and inspire them to reach their full potential.

Managing Director of the All-Ireland Business Foundation Kapil Khanna said: The accreditation, which is now held by over 650 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards but have nothing to measure them by.
He said: We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics.
