Nesta Storage has acquired its fifth location in Dublin, investing a total of €6 million in this expansion.
Founded in 1989, the company is now the oldest and largest self-storage provider in Ireland.
The new facility is located adjacent to Howth Junction, in Kilbarrack, Dublin 5 and will open in December this year.
Once a full renovation of the building is completed, the facility will provide over 800 individually-alarmed storage units with sizes ranging from 25 square feet to 1,000 square feet.
Brian Hefferon, Managing Director of Nesta Storage, said the storage facility will be open to the general public, providing local residents and businesses with temporary storage when moving, downsizing, or just wanting to store files, declutter and make room in their home and offices.
“Adding Kilbarrack facility to our Dublin portfolio is an integral part of our strategy to provide state-of-the-art storage solutions to our customers, close to where they work and live,” he said.
