Michelle Furey Lawlor has achieved her second Business All-Star Accreditation in a row from the All-Ireland Business Foundation.
Business All-Star accredited companies are defined as; progressive, indigenous Irish businesses which meet the highest standards of verified performance, trust and customer-centricity.
This is an independently verified standard mark for indigenous businesses, based on rigorous selection criteria. The Accreditation is overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.
“I would like to thank everyone on the committee for accrediting me with this Business All-Star. It has not been an easy year for many businesses so for me personally to be accredited with an All Star in my name for 2021 makes me feel enormously proud of everything I have achieved so far in my industry. This Accreditation comes at such an exciting time for me, as I look forward to expanding my brand and opening a new premises which will be based in Crumlin and 2 more in Kilkenny and Belfast. I am very grateful to the All-Ireland Business Foundation for bestowing on me, such a huge honour for a second time. This will help fuel my determination to keep growing and improving into the future, says Michelle Furey Lawlor.”
Kieran Ring, Deputy Chair on the Adjudication Board says, “This certificate verifies that Michelle Furey Lawlor has achieved AIBF 2021-1008 Business All-Stars Accreditation, in recognition of Michelle’s conduct in the areas of trust, performance and customer centricity. Michelle Furey – Lawlor is hereby included in the AIBF Register Of Irish Business Excellence.”
Dr Hynes said the Accreditation, which is now held by over 450 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards, but have nothing to measure them by.
“We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics”, she says.
