Michael O’Gorman’s Recent Accolade Highlights Commitment to Business Innovation Growth

Michael O'Gorman, Director of Pathway Business Solutions becomes Thought Leader in Business Management and Innovation Growth.

Michael O’Gorman has earned a Thought Leader Accreditation from the All-Ireland Business Foundation.

A thought leader is an informed opinion leader and the go-to person in their field of expertise. They are trusted sources who move and inspire people with innovative ideas; turn ideas into reality, and know and show how to replicate their success.

This is an independently verified standard mark for indigenous businesses, based on rigorous selection criteria. The Accreditation is overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.

“There is nothing more satisfying than recognition from a team of interprofessional academics, business and innovation leaders and experts, obtained following the robust audit and Business All-Star Accreditation process. Business with innovation is essential in an increasingly complex world of business. Being recognised and accredited as a ‘Thought Leader in Business Management and Innovation Growth provides much needed fuel to our purpose, drive and value creation, as we continue to grow and positively impact on business and enterprise development, growth and scale, says Michael O'Gorman.

He continues: “The AIBF Accreditation provides authoritative approval to Pathway’s compelling business innovation solutions and training and coaching blended service, as we create value in support of value demand. We are incredibly proud to have achieved such esteemed recognition and are resolute in closing the gap between the supply and demand of quality innovation and entrepreneurial business solutions, education, training and coaching innovation solutions. We continue to accelerate business innovation and meet value needs through the lens of customers, enterprise and our business communities.”

Dr Hynes said the Accreditation, which is now held by over 450 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards, but have nothing to measure them by.

“We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics”, she says.
