The Dublin based holistic therapy salon has achieved the coveted Business All-Star Accreditation from the All-Ireland Business Foundation.

Business All-Star accredited companies are defined as; progressive, indigenous Irish businesses which meet the highest standards of verified performance, trust and customer-centricity.

This is an independently verified standard mark for indigenous businesses, based on rigorous selection criteria. The Accreditation is overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.

Responding to today’s announcement, Paula Mooney, Owner of Infinity Therapy Room says, I am so honoured and delighted to have received the Business All-Star Accreditation. This has lifted the spirit and boosted confidence of the business and the team. This also shows that Infinity Therapy Room has a professional approach. It has raised confidence and trust with my clients, taking the business to the next level while raising the profile of Infinity Therapy Room.

Dr Hynes said the Accreditation, which is now held by over 450 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards but have nothing to measure them by.

“We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics”, she says.

Infinity Therapy Room started when Paula Mooney, the owner, studied a diploma in reflexology and holistic studies. She decided to study clinical practitioner aromatherapy to originally manage her own symptoms from the medication she was on for breast cancer.

This then expanded to treatments for her family and friends which led her to explore a little more. She then obtained a diploma as a sound healing practitioner and was encouraged by family and friends to start up a business offering holistic treatments to a range of clients.

She has also been formulating aromatherapy products for skin of all types – teens, mature and dry skin, multipurpose sports balms, baby balms and lip balms, which she hopes to launch later this year or early next year.

The All-Ireland Business Foundation is a national body which accredits best-in-class Irish businesses as Business All-Stars. The Foundation also oversees the All-Ireland Business Summit while promoting peer dialogue amongst our members on an ongoing basis.
