The major Irish recruitment provider are shining bright as they were recently accredited with a Rising Star Recruitment Accreditation from the All-Ireland Business Foundation.

This Accreditation is an outstanding achievement and recognises Impulse Recruitment’s hard work and dedication in providing an outstanding service.

Business All-Star accredited companies are defined as progressive, home-grown Irish businesses which meet the highest standards of verified performance, trust and customer centricity. It’s an independently verified standard mark for indigenous businesses, based on rigorous selection criteria.

The Accreditation is overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.

“I am absolutely delighted to achieve such an amazing Accreditation. This is so important for me as I have been in the industry and working hard over the last 11 years to get where I want to be and as much as it has been a hard journey, it has been so worth it. I have made it and things will only get better as I have such a huge passion for people and the industry that I work in, says Sarah Louise Gallagher, CEO of Impulse Recruitment.

She continues: “I would like to thank my clients, husband, family and everyone who has supported me for always believing in me and for telling me to keep believing, even on the days when we all feel like things may go against us. The Accreditation is so important for Impulse, the work that we do and the growth that we will receive throughout the next few months and years with our new title. We will definitely achieve our goals and I am so excited to bring all this over the next few months”.

Dr Hynes said the Accreditation, which is now held by over 450 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards, but have nothing to measure them by.
