Teamwork – as the saying goes – makes the dream work.
And it’s one that Cork man Eamonn Harty has taken to heart.
Thanks to his focus on teamwork (coupled with an award winning tapas menu) Eamonn has developed his family bar & restaurant business into a household name
In this week’s episode of AIBF Business Talk, he spoke to Elaine about the history of the Harty family business and offered some fascinating advice on how to create an environment where customers and staff thrive.
Harty’s Bar & Restaurant in Cloyne was recently named AIBF County Cork Bar & Restaurant Of The Year by the All-Ireland Business Foundation.
The business offers fine food coupled with traditional service and customers travel from across Munster to the popular venue to celebrate birthdays, christenings, communions, weddings and everything in between.
We’re proud to support and endorse the fine work being done by Harty’s team and highly recommend a visit to their award-winning venue.
