Eoin Sheehan - Founder of Country Munch Ltd his Business All-Star Accreditation Certificate and Medallion.
Limerick entrepreneur Eoin Sheehan started Country Munch as an 18 year old college student. The meal preparation business has grown into a successful operation producing more than 500 meals a week.
Eoin grew up on a farm in Pallaskenry in West Limerick where he was surrounded by home grown food and fresh produce. He was inspired by his grandparents simple approach to food and nutrition and brought the best elements of country life into his food business.
Country Munch operates on an all-natural ethos producing fresh, wholesome home-cooked meals for anyone who doesn’t have the time or skillset to cook at home. They cook every meal fresh and from scratch – making sure to use the finest quality local ingredients to offer wholesome and convenient food for their customers.
Speaking after the announcement, Country Munch Founder Eoin Sheehan said: The accreditation definitely brings a sense of achievement for both myself and the team in Country Munch.
“I have been very fortunate that from beginning the business back in college, it has continuously grown year on year. With this it’s rare I get a chance to stop and ‘smell the roses’. It’s typically a case of keeping the show on the road and driving it forward. There are so many moving parts and people behind the scenes that make all of it possible, so this award is as much there’s as it is my own.”
“I’m blessed to say that I truly love what I do, I get to have so much fun and make a positive impact in doing so. Having accreditations like this help not only with the strengthening of the brand and reassurance that we are doing right by our customers, employee’s and public. I turned 25 years old this week, so the fire is still burning bright and we have some huge plans for the future growth of the business Country Munch and the personal brand of Eoin Sheehan itself.”
“Thank you so much to absolutely everybody who supports us by buying our meals, the eBooks, watching the TV segments, interacting online and showing support on social media. Every click, comment and share makes a difference and we wouldn’t be here without the support of everyone.”
