Terenure business achieved a mark to meet the highest standards of quality and trust
A TERENURE-based company has achieved a new quality mark signifying that they meet the highest standards of quality and trust.
Dental Tech, which has its head offices at Whitehall Close, has been awarded an All-Ireland Business All-Star accreditation – an independently verified standard mark for indigenous businesses.
The accreditation is overseen by the All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr. Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.
Dental Tech offers nationwide denture services through clinics, home, nursing home, and corporate care.
Kieran Ring said the adjudication panel was particularly impressed with the company’s work with nursing homes which provide services to more than 60 nursing homes in South Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Meath and Louth, looking after more than 3,000 residents.
This second-generation enterprise has built a market leading brand by continuously innovating its range of products and services. he said.
Bevin Mahon, co-owner and Managing Director of Dental Tech said: “I have been looking for something like this – an accreditation process which is tough, externally verified and allows me to constantly measure my performance.”
Dr. Hynes said the accreditation now held by 170 firms, provides credible and transparent benchmarking for small and medium firms.
“That hasn’t been available up to now, allowing companies to very clearly understand where they are versus their competitors,” she said of the minimum six-week process.
“Internally, this process gives confidence to the organization, allows them to leverage their advantages and identify areas that they need to improve in innovation and product development.”
The All-Ireland Business Foundation will host the All-Ireland Business Summit in May 2019.
