About All-Ireland Business Foundation

The AIBF is an independent national body that identifies and acknowledges the country’s most ambitious and visionary businesses.

As the accreditation body for the Business All-Star mark, the AIBF recognises Best-In-Class Irish businesses. Companies that merit recognition based on an independent audit of their performance, reputation, and customer-centricity.

The AIBF also hosts the annual All-Ireland Summit and monthly gatherings to promote peer-learning and collaboration among its accredited companies. Currently, there are over 500 companies that are accredited by AIBF. Since 2014, over 3,000 companies have participated in our programs.

The All-Ireland Business Times is the AIBF’s publishing platform which celebrates our All-Star’s success and achievements. It features news, interview articles, spotlights, Q&A’s, media features and promotional content.

We are seeking a professional with experience in online journalism and social media to join our digital marketing team.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Create and plan out monthly content that educates and inspires our All-Stars.
  • Write press releases, news articles and interview articles.
  • Proofread documents and articles to ensure they are of high quality before publishing.
  • Maintain the company’s voice and tone in all materials.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and IT Support team to publish articles on the All-Ireland Business Times.
  • Administrating and publishing content to social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Grow the AIBF social media audience through daily social media posts.
  • Engage with clients to compile materials needed for their press releases.
  • Engage with clients to create interview articles, Q&A’s and promotional content.
  • Monitor media coverage.
  • Pitch ideas for campaigns and maintain campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Journalism or Digital Marketing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Passion for content and telling stories in a compelling and engaging way.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with WordPress, social media, podcasting.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Creative, strategic thinker.
  • An interest in business and entrepreneurship (not essential but a plus).
