All-Star award following growth in firm


There aren’t too many footballing All-Star awards knocking around Kildare these days, but locally based financial services provider were recently accredited with a Business All-Star award in Croke Park.

CEO of, Naas native Peter O’Reilly, was on hand to collect the award at the glamorous All-Ireland Business Summit in Croke Park on Thursday, April 19, where over 1,000 business leaders from all over Ireland were present. was launched by Peter in 2014, and there are now 12 experts with more than 40 years of experience in the sector employed at their headquarters in Kildare Town. The company has gone from strength to strength in their early years, providing over €1.5 billion in a cover to help provide more affordable mortgage insurance than the rest of the market.

Through providing life insurance, serious illness cover, and mortgage insurance, has expanded its customer base to over 7,000 people.

Before establishing, Peter worked as the director of Genesis Financial and has also worked with NBC Stockbrokers as a Senior Portfolio Manager.

Speaking upon receiving the award, CEO of, Peter O’Reilly, said;

“The opportunity to hear first-hand feedback from our Judge-Mentor, our existing customers, partners, and suppliers through the reference module combined with the results from the mystery shopper round was invaluable.

Speaking at the event, Kieran F. Ring, CEO Global Institute of Logistics, Deputy Chairperson Adjudication Panel said;

“The decision to designate with an All-Star in Business award 2018-19 is based on the score achieved in four rounds of intense competition.

The application, supported by references, interviews and independent ratings from the ‘mystery shopper’ process left the adjudication panel in no doubt that is richly deserving of this accreditation. We would like to extend our sincere congratulations to all concerned and we wish you every success for the future”

The competition finals benefited enormously from the atmosphere created at the All-Ireland Summit which was driven by the three key pillars of knowledge sharing, facilitating new business relationships and the continued improvement of business standards in Ireland, the All-Ireland Summit improves year-on-year – like so many of the great teams to have graced the hallowed turf of Croke Park.

Speaking at the summit, Dr. Briga Hynes, Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick, Chairperson Adjudication Panel summed up the entire process by reminding the enterprises honored with All-Star that:

“ has demonstrated an ability to innovate and has impressive growth plans which no-doubt reflects the resilience and optimism that are the hallmarks of Irish entrepreneurs. bring a real inspiration for what is possible in business in Ireland and provide important role models for the many aspiring entrepreneurs and existing small firms,” are now included in the 2018-19 All-Stars Role of Honour, the list is published annually to coincide with the All-Ireland Business Summit at Croke Park.
